Q.    Why do you need a real estate coach?

A.    If you are satisfied with your real estate business you don’t need a coach but if you are not what are you going to do to reach your new goals.  Others have walked this path before, use their experience to reach your goals.   The most successful people in this world have coaches.

Q.    What makes your Coaching Company different from the others?

A.    Our Company does not work on the high volume principle.  We will not take on a clients who are not ready for coaching.  There are enough “buy me” programs out there for real estate professionals to increase their business.  We are a Coaching Company not a consulting company.  We only work with those who are serious about their business.

“We will not consult you to average; we will coach you to excellence!”

Q.    What should I except from your coaching programs?

A.    Systems, models, the most updated training in the industry and accountability.  We are not a once a week call company.  We are there when you need us.  We do have our set calls but we have an open door policy.  You need assistance with you business when you need help not when it is convenient to us.

Q.     My company has a Coaching Company, why should I use yours?

A.    First of all, it is great that your company has a coaching program.  There are some draw backs with these types of programs.  They are usually consulting programs not coaching programs.  What we mean by this is when it comes to push or shove they back off.  They do not want to upset the client due to the fact they may leave the company or they may lose a client.

“If you are not willing to do the tasks to be successful, we will de-hire you. Why would you pay us to be average.”

We do not let this occur; we work with only the motivated.

Q.     If I hire your company, what should be the return on my investment?

A.    Your initial return would be based upon your current business and what models you currently have in place.  Our past track history is that we double our clients businesses yearly or until they reach their goals.

Q.     What is the difference between Coaching and Consulting?

A.    A coach is the one who is in the trenches with you, feels your pain and who will work hours upon hours to help you learn the basics first, then show you the advanced techniques.  Coaches speak to you as an authority figure not a friend.  Coaches tell it like it is and they know that there are times you will hate them and times you will love them.  Coaches cut people from their teams, consultants try to fix them at the client’s costs.
